Very solid product and water quality where you can taste the difference.Our home water supply had an unbearable chlorine taste, after installing the filter it was unnoticeable.The first few tanks of filtered water were a little cloudy, but it goes away.The installation was pretty simple if you have pre-drilled hole in your sink, the installation guide was easy to understand.I appreciate the spare parts the manufacturer included in the package, in prevention of lost or damaged parts during installation, which I had to resort to.The customer service is great as Josh followed up with my purchases to make sure everything works out.

 The system installed very nicely. It took a little effort but everything sealed well. I checked it every day for about a week with no leaks. I installed the leak alarm module that came with the system and also installed a water shut off device that I purchased through ISpring. It was only about twenty five dollars and it installed quickly and I felt if I was out of town and I did have a leak it would shut the system down.The main test is the water. Nick, at ISpring helped us with the proper selection of which unit to pick (RCC7AK 6-Stage). Our unit has the alkaline & mineral filter and I really feel this adds to the great taste of the water. Its better than any bottled water you can buy. We put some in a glass jar and put it in the refrigerator and then pour it over crushed ice and it tastes great. I hope the system will pay for itself. We are saving by not buying bottled water and the added benefit of healthier water. The brushed aluminum for the water dispensing device matched perfectly with our faucets.

 Cant believe I already have this 6-stage R/O system for over 3 years. The seller James is very helpful and answer all of our questions. Our family of 4 love this R/O system. The installation is easy. It took us less than an hour to install it. The water quality is great. Cant ask more for a R/O system. Just set a reminder to change the filter from time to time. I dont see why this system cant last for lifetime. By the way the sound is from my fish tank :)

The filtered cubes are so much clearer. Makes me wonder what exactly is fogging up the non filtered cubes... Yuck

I purchased this item to improve the quality of my drinking water. I also purchasedHM Digital TDS-EZ Water Quality TDS Tester to test the impurities in it. This was a good idea because the initial value was too high ( 226 PPM on a 290 PPM tap water). I also noticed that the filter would run continuously, you hear a small hissing sound in the system. This obviously creates a lot of waste. Contacted customer support and they shipped me replacement RO filter and the Automatic shutoff valve. Received the parts and the system works fine now. PPM in the 30 PPM range .Installation was relatively easy , and the instructions were fine except a modification in the faucet connect system that was different from the online video. Overall , very satisfied with the RO filter. This is my first system of this nature.

 A great system and nice addition for our family. Product promptly arrived. Instructions are very easy to follow and detailed. Clear warnings and color codes to keep you organized. Great tips for longer life of the filter. It took approximately 4 hours from start to finish for me to install. I took my time, read all the instructions first, stayed organized and kept patient. Zero leaks and very good tasting water. We are now cancelling our water delivery service of $37+ a month, this RO filter is a much better investment.Key to my success:1. Make clean straight cuts like the instructions say to.2. Make sure all tubes are fully seated in connector (I found it easier to removed the blue locks first, seat the tube and install the lock)3. Take your time and read the instructions.4. I used plumbers silicone lube on all the o-rings.Helpful tips from other reviews:1. Set up calendar reminders to know when you should change your filters2. Take the video of your installation to early a free year of filters. Josh responded very quickly to my submission with confirmation.3. Some reviews suggested the change the order of the mineral filter to improve taste. I havent done that but may consider it later.Other considerations:1. Instructions recommended letting filters rest on cabinet bottom. I used mounting screws and left them lose so I could easily lift out the filter mounts to change filters later.2. Our install was in the laundry room where we will use the faucet to fill big pitchers for parties and our frig/icemaker connection happens to be at the same location under the sink so we used a "Y" connection to feed both.Very happy with customer service, responsive and very positive.

Very impressed with my new iSpring RCC7AK 6 Stage Reverse Osmosis water system. Installation of the system was fairly easy with tip from the online videos.Very pleased not to have to go buy and handle large water containers. Still waiting to check the purity of the water.
