 The product: Love it. The installation instructions were clear and the process was easy. Even the skeptic in the house was impressed with the quality of the water vs. tap water (blind taste test). I would highly recommend this system.The company: Great customer service. Josh send an email when the product was order, when it was shipped and followed up with an email later to make sure there werent any questions or concerns. Top notch customer service.

Installed the system and have used it about 6 months. Due for the first change of filters and can see it has definitely made a difference. For example the first sediment filter after 6 months is kinda gross looking, in a good way. In fact it looks just like the picture in the product description . The transparent housing for the 1st stage makes it easy to see.The installation was straight forward and the tubes and quick compression fittings made it really easy. Probably the most time consuming was the installation of the faucet and that took about an hour from start to finish. I went out to pick up the 1/2" diamond coring bit from my local hardware store and proceeded to wet core the faucet hole through my stone counter top. Everything went well and the faucet is relatively sturdy. It was not loose or flimsy. The finish on the faucet is still like new.Thanks Josh from iSpring for the follow up and Im happy to say its working great.

There was a pretty loud noise coming from the unit after every use and ispring customer service walked me through over the phone troubleshooting and fixed it easily by removing extra length of tubing. Now these days it is hard to find such nice company.

I was looking for RO system and after doing extensive research I decided on this system because of near perfect reviews. As expected system arrived on time and in perfect condition. I had professional install this system with line to refrigerator. Installation was quick and system was up within few hours. Water taste is good and enough pressure. We are enjoying the water and have no complains. Josh from seller contacted us was available to help with any questions or concerns.

Works great. Simple installation if you follow directions. Mark tubes as recommended and makes sure tubes are fully engaged. My only leak was due to this oversight. T-off to ice maker was simple.

 After using this for five months we can absolutely say we love this product. Insulation was easy with the remineralize Asian filter the water tastes amazing and we haven’t noticed any increase in our water bill.
