 I installed my new system over the weekend. I was soooo easy and had all the parts needed for the installation. The faucet is of great quality and matches our sink faucet. The water is AMAZING!!!! Everything tastes better, coffee, tea even my Apple Cider vinegar that I mix with water.... My whole family is happy even our dog is now drinking clean water.  We had a less expensive Watts RO unit previously and it sprung a leak flooding our kitchen. The manufacturer replaced the unit and the same thing happened again several months later. We decided to change manufacturers...The iSpring unit is high quality and weve had no issues. We had the unit professionally installed so I cant speak to installation challenges, but the water tastes great The water pressure at the tap is a little lower than the Watts unit, and this appears to be caused by narrower gauge plastic tubing. It took a little while to get used to the slower water flow, but Ill certainly accept that difference for a reliable unit that doesnt leak.We experienced exceptional customer service from iSpring immediately upon placing the order, and their representative (Josh) followed-up six months after the purchase to remind us to change the filters. Very personal and professional service.Excellent quality. Great tasting water. No complaints. Highly recommended!

 We moved & had to replace our old r/o system as we researched we decided on the ispring system. We are glad we did. Installation was easy with great directions also ran a line to refrigerator for water & ice maker. The water taste great & love having minerals & acidic condition being addressed by the mineral replacement filter. Price was great also being manufactured near us was a plus.Mike & Patty Lefever

This is an awesome system. We had another system that was similar and left it in our home when we moved. This system far exceeds our last one! The water tastes great and it was pretty simple to set up. The most difficult (and frightening) part was drilling into our marble counter. Josh from customer service was great, too. The fixture matches our existing fixtures almost perfectly. Very satisfied with our decision!!!!

I bought this system after realizing that my old filter system was not reverse osmosis (Aquasana 2 filter system). Although the installation took a few hours, I can say that I am very pleased with the results. There has been a reduction in ppms from as high as 166 to 17 (as you can see in the video). My previous carbon filter only got it down to around 90ppm.The customer service team (Josh and others) have also been extremely responsive and helpful when I had questions.The only thing I would want people to do know is that you will have to drill a hole into your drainage pipe. It sounds intense, but it isnt that bad as long as you have a standard drill with a steel bit.Overall, very happy with the filter system. The water tastes like it is bottled and has been working well with no leaks for about a month.

We live in Arizona and the water quality is for the most part terrible. We decided to purchase this 6 stage R/O system after other family members spent 3times as much for a 5 stage system. The sixth stage is important because the reverse osmosis process not only removes the bad stuff it takes out the good stuff we need. The sixth stage add the good stuff back into the water. We installed this ourselves and the directions were so easy to follow anyone can put this in their home. My drinking is awesome and we are very excited to have clear ice cubes in our freezer! Installed this filter a few days ago. It took me a couple hours to install. Knowing what Im doing now, could probably do it in 30 minutes so bit of a learning curve. Tested the water and its coming out much cleaner than tap. Taste so much better too. Think the additional alkaline / mineral filter helps with the taste.

 Awesome product. Its a real breeze to install and water quality is great. It took me less than 45 minutes to install. I could have done it faster but I took my time to make sure that there all the fittings are tight and there are no leaks. The unit is very robust and well made. The water tastes good after its been filtered. Im very happy that I dont have to buy water bottles or carry heavy 5 gallon water cans up the stairs anymore.
