 I installed this system a few days ago and everything is working well. The box was well packed and organized. I read the many reviews and questions so I was well prepared for the install. Im handy around the house and this was on the easy side to install. The most daunting part was drilling though my granite counter, but many other reviewers were successful, so I was ready to try.I ordered this diamond 1/2 inch drill bit set HUELE Diamond Drill Bit Hole Saw for Tile Glass Marble Granite Fiberglass Ceramic Tool , 12mm 1/2" Inch ,5pcs and it was perfect. I only needed one of the 5 bits. I used the method of creating a small water dam with plumbers putty to keep water around the hole. The hardest part was getting the hole started as the bit has a tendency to skate until the hole gets started. But reading tips to start at an angle worked and the bit stayed put once the hole got started - then it was easy - just 5 or 10 minutes keeping light pressure on the drill.Next I installed the faucet into the hole and attached the tube from below. They now include a quick connect fitting for the faucet so that made it very easy.Next I assembled the main filter unit and inserted the filter cartridges. Then I turned off my cold water, removed the supply connector and installed the included adapter fitting. This is very easy if youve ever serviced your faucet or changed supply connectors. I then installed the tube paying close attention to fully insert the tube into the fitting.Next up was installing the drain saddle. This involved drilling a small hole into the drain pipe. This is very easy as the pipe is made of plastic.The supplied saddle worked well and screws on to hold the tube firmly. Then I installed the tank shut-off valve. I followed the advice and wrapped 11 turns of teflon tape and hand-tightened the valve, and inserted the tube.At this point I was ready to connect all the tubes and get this started up. I left the tube off the RO membrane as instructed and flushed the 1st 3 filters until the water was clear. Then I hooked up the RO tube and did the final tank fill and drain. I was delighted that there were no leaks and everything was working fine.The filtered water was cloudy for a few days, but I read that this is just water bubbles, and if you look closely you can see the tiny bubbles. After 2 days this was mostly gone.Im very satisfied and very happy to not lug cases of bottled water anymore. I have not tested the TDS level but I ordered this in line tester HM Digital DM-1 In-Line Dual TDS Monitor, 0-9990 ppm Range, +/- 2% Readout Accuracy and will update this review once it arrives.Finally, the water tastes great, and I did some blind taste tests with my family and most picked this water as better vs the bottled water we were buying. Also, Josh from iSpring contacted me by email to check on things - that is a nice touch.

I added a alkaline filter after purchasing the unit and they told me how to connect it. They also gave me a non plastic water inlet valve just for asking.

iSpring RCC7AK 6-Stage Under-Sink Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water Filtration System with Alkaline Remineralization Filter - 75 GPD I purchased this system on January 11, 2018. I did extensive research on the internet as well as talked with Home Depot and Lowes and Ferguson Enterprises (Plumbers Supply Company) about Reverse Osmosis Systems. This was not the cheapest but I think I got the highest quality with a one year money back guarantee. The only system with WQA Gold Seal Certification I could find. Read the Owners/Install manual when received and installed the unit the next day with no problems and still no problems the past 2 weeks. I also purchased an ispring 3 button digital TDS water quality tester on Amazon. I live in Las Vegas, Nevada which has terrible water direct from Colorado River. The TDS of tap water was 455 ppm and my drinking water is now 38 ppm, a fantastic improvement. I am a coffee drinker and the coffee is so much better tasting, even my neighbor is now considering the purchase of this unit. I had one item missing in shipment, sent email and received missing part in a few days.

 I highly recommend this filtration system. I live in Kirkland, WA and we have a very good municipal water system - but they still fluoridate and chlorinate the water. I dont want either of those things in my drinking or cooking water, so I purchased the iSpring 6-stage water system. I am very happy with the system and only wish I had purchased it sooner. The water tastes great and I have peace of mind. While pitcher systems only remove the taste of chlorine, the reverse osmosis system removes chlorine completely as well as fluoride. The alkaline remineralization filter reintroduces minerals removed through the reverse osmosis process.In the video, you will see that the used first stage sediment filter is a yellowish brown color, from all the yucky stuff that got removed from the water. The house I live in was built in 1978, so its possible that its from old pipes. I dont care! Im just glad I wasnt drinking it!Before I got the iSpring filter system, I would drink one to two cases of San Pellegrino water a week. Now I just enjoy it occasionally. If you consider that the replacement filters are $65for a yer supply, and that I spent at least $1000 - $1600 a year on bottled water just to drink, its a considerable savings.And, in the interest of full disclosure, Josh from iSpring will be sending me a free TDS meter because I included the video I sent them and for mentioning his name - but there was no condition for the kind of review I provided in regards to stars or my opinion. I had ordered and installed replacement filters after six months of use and they included information for how I could get a free-years supply of filters by making a video of my system in use. I was planning on buying a TDS meter anyway - so bonus! And I stand by what I say in this review - and when I move I will either take the filter system with me or buy a new one.

 Ive been lugging 5 gallon bottles to RO filling stations for most of the last 2 decades, finally did the math. I dont wait in lines any more. iSpring hooked it up. Now I drink, rinse and cook with clean water from the kitchen sink. Installation is a snap, but please follow the clear directions. If it says 12-15 wraps, wrap 12-15 times! Everything needed for easy installation is included. I had a technical question and got immediate and comprehensive customer service from James; customer service is not lacking. Ive attached video of metered results of TDS from tap vs iSpring RCC7AK after 3.5 months of extensive maintenance-free service. Buy with confidence:) I can find no fault with this product.

 Most importantly, this is our third filter and we have loved the last one as much as the first. We actually used the first two to influence buyers of two homes we sold. Our daughter in on her third unit since she also has sold two properties and a son has installed one. The unit works flawlessly and once you drink the water, you do not want to have to drink or use tap water for anything but cleaning.Installation instructions are very descriptive and easy to follow. Installation has taken less than 2 hours each time and small improvements have been made to the units as we have purchased the latest model. We love the latest unit so much and plan on taking it with us on our next move, that we have named it "Josh".
