 Great little system, the directions were clear, and the standard installation was easy. The seller (Josh) followed up with an email asking for feedback on my experience.I installed mine in the basement below the kitchen, so I had to sweat a pipe connection on the supply line and I ran the discharge to the washing machine drain with an added vent to outdoors. I also added an ice maker supply and in September installed a sample valve at the RO tank so I could get the TDS before the 5th and 6th stage filters. The whole house water supply is pre-filtered at 10 micron.The stage 6 alkaline and mineral filter appeared to deplete at the 9 month point (Dec 10) so I did my first filter change on stages 1, 2, 3, and 6 on Dec. 16. Following the filter change the RO filter (stage 4) performance appeared to improve slightly, I assume due to a now higher inlet pressure.

Install was super easy using a video I found on youtube.Filter works great, doesnt leak, and tastes great.Had a problem with the faucet and iSpring customer support was on top of it and sent out a new one asap. Love this and would recommend to friends.

Also purchased a TDS device to measure the total solids of the water and the system does as expected removing at least 90% of the dissolved solids. Claudia from iSpring also reached out to me for a follow up on the system and provide a direct link to support page if i had any questions.

After a phone call to Ispring with specific questions about the system I decided to go with them over the many competitors.The individual I talked with was helpful, knowledgeable and patient.They havent been in business a real long time but, long enough for me to think they are around to stay.Minimal assembly was required and only basic understanding of plumbing needed.Since we had a different system before that this was replacing we are able to compare it at least to that one. Our family is agreed that the filtered water tastes good and is smoother than our old system. I attribute this to the alkaline filter which our old system did not have.

 First and foremost, you want an RO system that remineralizes your water. Ill let you do the Googling but those minerals are naturally in water for a reason (hint: we need them) and other RO systems take them out.On to the system: Ive had it in for two weeks and its wonderful! I cant say enough good things about it. The water tastes amazing and the system works flawlessly. Install was easy (and I have almost zero plumbing experience) and Ive had no leaks or issues whatsoever. Im happy that I can finally have clean water again; especially since thats all I drink. Pair this up with a home carbonator and you have some really amazing tasting sparkling water. Dont hesitate -- this is the system you are looking for.
