Installation was easy because I watched a video directly from their website. When I started it up there was a couple leaks but I just needed to tightened the parts. My fault. The first day the water looked cloudy but it was just a lot of tiny bubbles. The water is now crystal clear.

Great product with great customer service. I had a minor issue with the faucet and iSpring went above and beyond to get the issue corrected immediately. The RO system is great, I would not hesitate recommending it to anyone I know.

Super happy with this purchase. Our water in Albuquerque, NM used to not be fluoridated but some crazy dentist pushed his way through the city council and passed additional fluoridation. So not only was our water nasty tasting it also had additional toxic chemicals (that are good for your teeth). So I chose to buy this water filtration system.I bought one at Costco for my office a year prior, and there is no comparison to the taste and the pressure. iSpring blows the Costco one out of the water (pun intended)!(Although I received free filters for this review, it did not sway my opinion whatsoever. It was just the impetus to write the review)

 We decided to purchase a reverse osmosis system on recommendation of my wifes oncologist. She told my wife that there are some not so good chemicals towns use to treat their water. We purchased this system and I elected to install it myself. I am a handyman of above average ability and the system was definitely not too hard to install. Amazon does offer the option to pay for installation so it is convenient. I installed the system and found one of the filters had a hole in the neck of it. It was Friday 30 minutes from close of business but decided to call anyway. I got a hold of James who was very helpful even though Im sure he wanted to go home. I also dealt with Josh. It was so nice to deal not only with a high quality product but also such high quality customer service with great people. My new filter arrived early the next week. Cant say thank you enough. A rarity having a great product with matching customer service where you actually talk to someone right here the the USA.

 We had purchased our iSpring RCC7AK 6-Stage Under Sink Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water Filtration System on Ebay in the Summer of 2013 and installed it mid-July. Overall the system has been cost effective and began paying for itself soon after installation. Before buying this system we were lugging around 5-gallon bottles to our local Water Mill Express Kiosk in the neighbourhood, at a cost of $1.25 per bottle. Before that we had home delivery which started out at $3.75 per bottle then quickly went to $5.55 for exchanged and $7.85 to $10.15 for replacement new bottles. At the time there were 9 people in our household and we would go through anywhere from 5 to 9 bottles of water a week. Do the math.The system is easy to install for the average do-it-yourself types out there, as I installed ours. Maintenance is straightforward and is made easier with the water shut off valves at pressure junctures, which also means less spilled water out of lines that you may have to disconnect for routine filter replacement. The filter replacement kits are available direct from iSpring, Amazon, Ebay and other water filtration vendors on the web, as well as miscellaneous parts, water supply lines, fittings, tanks, faucets, etc. The only problem that I had with this system was a perforated air bladder in the original tank that I replaced with another iSpring T32M 4 gallon tank that I got on Amazon in November 2015, and at that time I also purchased the HM Digital DM-1 Dual TDS Monitor, 0-9990 ppm Range, +/- 2% Readout Accuracy that I added to the system with the appropriate fittings. The Monitor helps to keep watch on when filtration diminishes and is much more accurate to judge as to when to replace filters in real time vs a time table. Certain filter elements are replaced sooner than others, and the RO membrane will last 2 years or more. Our water tests for hardness at 55 ppm and even without a water softener most of the time, this system gives us better than bottled water taste quality coming from an under ground agricultural aquifer.I would like to give a shout out to Josh who contacted us from iSpring Water Systems to see how satisfied we were with the iSpring Water System. Josh and the team at ISpring are great, customer service was there when needed. All parts plus additional spare parts arrived on time. Installation was fairly easy with the help of some you tube videos. One of the videos is from iSpring and the other I believe is from a customer. Ive been using the Osmosis system for about a month and so far absolutely no leaks and running smoothly. Hopefully the system provides me with many years of reliable service.

Water tastes great and it was easy to install (no plumbing knowledge/experience). Weve been using it for just two weeks now and havent had any tank capacity issues for a family of 4. Very friendly customer service and easy registration for warranty coverage.
