Water tastes great. My family loves it. The installation was a breeze. Anyone semi-handy can do it themselves. I installed it without the shutoff valve. I used an erp 1000 permeate pump instead. (Read the reviews for the pump, it makes noise.) I mounted the permeate pump on the metal brace. Theres a youtube video where someone mounts it in some pre-drilled holes, on a different brand RO unit. I drilled some holes myself. I used a bunch of quickfit 90 degree fittings to make the permeate pump installation easier. You will need extra tubing too. Watch the installation video a couple times. Make yourself familiar with where the water is going to go before you start.Oh and the video is old (even the "newer" one). The faucet has a quickfit attachment! Much easier than a compression fitting, especially in the tight, under-sink space.

 We have horrible tasting city water with a tds reading of up to 673. I installed the system myself in my crawlspace and it took me a full morning but I had to get extra fittings from the hardware store and I made a few changes over the standard install. After I had the system running for a while I tested the water before the remimeralization filter and i am getting 8 or 9 ppm. The water after the remimeralization filter is reading around 50ppm it tastes great and is really easy to drink. Nick from I spring was also very knowledgeable when answering any questions I had.

In love with this new systemI have had 2 RO systems in my house for the past 5 years. Each of them cost more than thousand dollar before installation. They had either false advertisement or too much to replace parts. So they were not ideal for me. Until recent, I started spending more time at home and usage on bottle water had gone way up. I finally decided to get another RO. But this time I’ll do the research and install it myself. After hours of reading the reviews right off amazon. I was very skeptical about. But luckily we have this great return policy from amazon. Long story short. When the system arrived. It was super easy to install. Please look up on YouTube if you wanna get a better idea on installation. The water test results was not what I expected. My tap water was reading 759 TDS. And RO water was reading 690. Obviously something doesn’t add up. But be honest, I wasn’t expecting a lot from it because it’s only couple hundreds dollar system. As I was ready to uninstall and return. I feel like this system deserves a better try out. Maybe it could have been my fault on system installation. So I called the company the next morning and left them a message regarding this issue. Just in case, I also e mailed them. A day later they got back to me with an email. They stated there might be an issue with some parts in the system. They offered me to get them parts replaced with no cost. Days after. I received a part and a brand new membrane. And the magic begins after the parts replacement. TDS from 694 dropped to 59. That’s incredible! I did not just write this review as soon as I read 59 TDS. I gave it a few weeks of testing before I call myself a satisfied customer.

 We compared a few systems online and retailers and found this to be the best option in terms for prices and features :- System price is comparable to others- The long term benefit should be for the replacement filters.- The Alkaline Remineralization Filter is a plus.- Nice faucet that matches our kitchen hardward.- Free one-year money back guarantee and Lifetime support from iSpring a nice touch.One negative for us is the 3.2 gallon pressurized tank as it takes up a lot of space and we were unable to get the filters and tank installed in one corner. As a result, we didnt have a lot of space for other items under the sink.Overall, we are happy with the system and the support we received from the customer service rep, Richard Hou, so far.

The filter has been working well, the funny thing is that when the tank is filling it makes enough noise to get the cats curious.

This was a perfect solution for our situation. And I have since installed them for friends and family. Additionally, we tested the water and it came out perfect.Easy install. (45 minutes)

Great product with great customer service. I had a minor issue with the faucet and iSpring went above and beyond to get the issue corrected immediately. The RO system is great, I would not hesitate recommending it to anyone I know.

I was very happy to get my unit and it was very easy to install. I am a 50ish lady without any handyman experience and I had no problems installing it or since.
