Probably not having enough water pressure because we are on a well. Call ispring customer service and Helen sent us a pressure booster kit and we put that on and it works great. We love the system, we are in an area that has a LOT of sulfur in the water and there was no way you could drink the water

 My best friends wife did a ton of research on RO systems when she was pregnant and found this to be the best one for the money. I live in a big city so tried to find something locally to match it and there was nothing close to these specs in terms of the things it guarantees removal of from your water. The best units they had at the hardware stores cost more and filtered much less! Replacement filters for the available units in the hardware stores were also significantly more so total cost of ownership was another selling point. Add the excellent install documentation, everything you need to install (except a couple basic hand tools) included, spare parts, online videos, "Made In " and what more do you need? Most importantly, the water tastes great. My buddy has had his for a year, mine for almost a month and neither of us had issues with this system. Ive had other RO systems in previous homes that cost double what this one does and the water is every bit as good with this unit.

We bought this RO system for our second home with well water to improve drinking water quality. We have a whole house water softener and filter system which hasnt been sufficient for drinking water. The system was installed in the crawl space directly below the kitchen sink to save space in the sink base cabinet. Note: our crawl space is well lit, heated and easily accessed. Thanks to Josh, in support, for all his help in confirming this installation would work OK. I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of this system! Its well made with no component or part "cheap" in construction or feel.

 While the installation is not difficult, it is definitely a little time consuming. But it is certainly worth it! I used to go through so many bottles of water and now that is all in the past because of this filtration system. Its really slick and the tank holds so much water. You never run out. Josh with iSpring Water Systems was really helpful as well with questions I had regarding the filters. An overall great experience. This is such a no brainer investment. I would recommend it to everyone.

 I had several quotes from “professionals” regarding their install and their high end systems that were just ridiculously expensive. I did a lot of research and settled on the iSpring RCC7AK 6-Stage system as being not only the best system but by far the best value. What did I have to lose as, at 1/10th the price, I could replace this system every 3 years for 30 years and still come??!!They have the product and the instructions perfectly honed for the do-it-yourself homeowner.
