I just installed your Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System and I have to congratulate you on making such an elegant yet effective system! The setup was incredibly easy due to the YouTube installation video you provided and the idea of adding plenty of spare parts and a water sensor is superb! The spigot is also great quality and matches the new faucet I purchased perfectly. And lets not forget, the water tastes amazing! As a first time customer, Im incredibly impressed and will definitely recommend your system to friends and family!

this ro system is the best i have used, and i have had2 others over the years.installation is reasonably easy if you are a dyi++. iinstalled mine so that i could access each cartridge withoutdisturbing the others.. not recommended for the average guy/gal.service...a++ josh and team went beyond expectations. i havegranite counter tops and the hole for the spigot was larger thanthe flange on the unit provided. they shipped me one that fit justright the next day.installation....if you aare not sure... call a plumber.ive had the unit 3+ yrs, no maintenance problems..wellother than filters.

Great water filter. Step above my prior RO system with the alkaline remineralization which is a nice feature to have. The dispenser fountain is built well and pairs well with our Hansgrohe faucet. Easy to follow instructions to install and youtube video. Overall, we love the system.

Produces really pure water with a good taste. I test it around 40 ppm of total dissolved solids, mainly due to the added alkaline stage. Works as advertised so you dont have that flat distilled taste. Saves me time and money, no longer need to buy water at the store.

I installed this one week ago and I absolutely love this system, the water tastes great, very clean but thanks to the mineral pod not totally sterile, if thats the right word. Ive seen my own and my familys consumption of water instead of less healthy options increase dramatically. Install was fairly easy, with only one accidental spray of water due to my own forgetfulness. I did have one leak with my tank, however this was because I was way too delicate in screwing on the valve, I was about 4 turns loose and it dripped a couple drops an hour. This was easily remedied by hand tightening it a bit more the next day.

Have had this system for 5 years now. I throughly enjoy having clean water for drinking and cooking with. Have saved a lot of money over time compared to buying bottled water and also helps eliminate sending more bottles to landfills.

 This has been a fantastic system. Coming up on five months now with no issues. Everything was simple enough to install and the overall amount of water, pressure, and flow at the tap has been terrific.See my video for more about our setup and under-the-sink cavity size. Also a shot of the water running at the end.Very glad I purchased this system and will install it each time I move into a new place.

I was doing a lot of online comparing when trying to choose a RO model. I previously bought a generic home depot brand RO and it broke after two years of working. I wanted to avoid this mistake again and wanted to make sure I got something worthwhile for my money. The iSpring series matched all my criteria. In the end I went with this model because of the addition of good minerals and PH level. I have had the unit for two months and it has been working great.The packaging came perfectly wrapped and evenly organized. The unit took me about 45 minutes to completely put together and I am not the most handy but I own a few tools. I watched the online youtube video and followed the pictures in the directions and it was not hard to do at all.Overall I would recommend this to anyone who wants a reliable system for the money, I have been very satisfied. The installation was intimidating, but didnt turn out to be that difficult. The instructions were great. The design is top-notch. The water tastes good, and I dont even care about water that much. Faucet is elegant and functional. Wife loves it.
