Got this nearly 5 years ago, and it is wonderful. Never have to worry about fluoride or chlorine again! Had some problems with the system after changing the filters just a few days ago--just stopped filtering water. Called iSpring (set aside some time if calling. They take forever to answer) and talked to Nick who listened patiently while I explained what had transpired. Within a few minutes he had a solution for me and it is now working properly again. These folks are great to work with. The only complaint is that it takes forever to get through to them. Five stars without reservation.LOVE you guys!!

 It was super easy to install and has worked great for the last 6 months with no problems, you can see the stuff that it has removed on the clear tank. Our water has over 600 TDS (total desolved solids) out of the tap and this reduced the TDS to 24 TDS. The facet is higher quality than the whirlpool we replaced (it died) and the tank is bigger too so we get more water on demand. We also can taste the 6th stage mineral alkalization and it makes the water taste not so sterile...if you have RO you know what I mean.

With 8 people in the household, we pretty much push the system to its max everyday. After over 4 years of use, the system is still going strong. The water tastes fantastic. Weve purchased two other iSpring system since. Josh is great helping us with the filters.

I have been using this system for 2 months now prior to writing this review. Prior to this system we purchased 5 gallon jugs of water and used a water dispenser. Having researched Reverse Osmosis systems for quite a while we ended up settling on this one. This RO system was a fantastic purchase. 2 Months in, we are extremely happy with the results. Having maintained water jugs for so long, we are thrilled to have the same quality water coming from our sink. We use it for everything from cooking, drinking, making tea, etc. The output volume is fantastic, and the taste is fantastic. Finally, for someone who does very little plumbing type work, the installation was very simple, and I didnt have a single issue installing it myself. I am a very happy customer of this product, and couldnt recommend it more.

Love my filter. Ive been using it for a couple of years and its still going strong. I drink personally about 1 gallon of water per day. Would highly recommend.

I just installed your Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System and I have to congratulate you on making such an elegant yet effective system! The setup was incredibly easy due to the YouTube installation video you provided and the idea of adding plenty of spare parts and a water sensor is superb! The spigot is also great quality and matches the new faucet I purchased perfectly. And lets not forget, the water tastes amazing! As a first time customer, Im incredibly impressed and will definitely recommend your system to friends and family!

 I first heard of reverse osmosis and filtered water from my dad. He had a similar unit, but we picked this brand because of reviews and price point. We drink this water daily. We fill our own bottles of water with this when we are leaving the house. Long story short, all other water tastes horrible now! This water is flavorless and just hits the spot. We do have wonderful water in our town, but we are coffee and espresso drinkers, so we wanted to make sure our water was perfect so our coffee would be perfect as wellIt was relatively easy to install and all the directions were spot on. We highly recommend this filtration system (even if you aren’t coffee drinkers).Thanks josh for helping us out!
