Second set of iSpring RO, upgraded from the 5 stage system which all my family enjoyed. Therefore, the new system was our first purchase after moved into the new home. Another unit made with high quality. After the experience of first unit, installation turns to super easy. Youtube video helps a lot. All family had fresh and safe water once system ready. We can not live without. Definitely recommend to all family and friends.

Excellent product. Arrived within 3 days from the US. It comes with all the parts you need for installation. There are even some extra parts included (o-rings and fittings). Instruction manual is written very clear and there are a lot of pictures in it. Installation under my kitchen sink took me about 3h. My regular tap water contains ~250 TDS, after the filter it is ~20 TDS. Water tastes excellent. I highly recommend this product.

This is a very high quality filtration unit, and with the alkaline cartridge the water taste great, I am very satisfied with it and so are my son and sister in which I installed units for them once they tasted my water. And what makes the ispring line so much more attractive is the low cost of the replacement filters. Oh, and dont let me forget to mention the faucet that is nicer than any you can purchase at the local DIY stores. I have spoken to the customer service people once for something I broke, they were quick to the phone, spoke clear english and sent me the part for FREE, who does that? And I am fed up with talking to customer service people from countries that DO NOT speak clear english.

Filter system came exactly as described and pictured. I live in the country, so well water is not always the best tasting. I installed the system in the mechanical room below my kitchen, I had to buy a longer hose of the same diameter as the hoses provided. Installing the system was pretty straightforward and the step-by-step directions were easy to follow. I am so happy to have great tasting water! It is just like.. and better than any bottled water I have purchased. I would strongly recommend this system!

The filter arrived right time. I loved the filter system, it looked so amazing and the faucet that came with it looked like a really expensive faucet. when i phoned i spring to ask questions about the filter system i spoke to josh, he was very polite and knowledgeable, he gave me wonderful service.

Overall very easy to install. Replacing the filters is also a breeze with the right tools. We use around 10 gallons a day from this system between cooking, drinking, pets pets. Tastes way better than what comes out of my fridges filter. I would highly recommend to anyone who is concerned about the purity and safety of their drinking water

My boyfriend installed it. It took him about 3 - 4 hours. He watched a couple of youtube videos, drilled a hole in the pipe for the first time of his life. He freaked out a couple of times thinking there were some parts missing. And it leaked. He freaked out for one last time, we found another video where the person (thank you) said "push the tube in for about one inch" , and that made the difference. So he did it, and I am so proud. Water tastes good. Happily ever after!

I had researched and reviewed several other brands and am more than happy with my purchase. The unit produces bottle quality water and the added mineral filter adds great flavor. I also installed a permeate pump which shortens the units re-charge time considerably. The instructions and quick connect tubing fittings enabled a quick installation. If you are handy and have an aptitude as a do-it-your-self er then installation is a breeze. You can see in the picture where the permeable pump was added. I installed the unit in July of 2017 and have no problems with it.
