 I am in love with my RO system. I used to carry jugs back and forth from the grocery store to use their set-up, but then I was storing my water all week in plastic. Having it right in my home has made a huge difference in my life. I drink more water, too! It was seriously easy to set up. I just followed the instructions and everything went smoothly. The water tastes amazing and I love that I am no longer buying bottled water. So pure, so awesome. iSpring has done it right. Also, working with Nick in customer service has been super awesome and easy. Five stars all around.

 I recently moved to the suburbs of Chicago and no longer had access to our 25c/gallon water filters downstairs. Im familiar with R/O systems but Ive never had one that works on the alkanizing so this is a first for me. I watched the videos on Youtube and set up was a breeze. After 2 full flushes of the tank, my water was clean and fresh tasting (and remember to follow the video and do the carbon flushing before you finalize your system set up). The warranty was easy to register, and Josh, at iSpring was very helpful with my questions and concerns. Thank you, iSpring, for the clean water!

 This is a fantastic 6 step filter that gave us no hassles on the way to filtered balanced water. Everything arrived packaged well and in tact. I watched the YouTube tutorial guide as well as read the instructions and installation was a breeze. A lot of the system was already put together and needed minimal assembly. I was lucky that our sink had a drain line already installed so everything else was straight forward and the hardest part was figuring out how to organize the tank under the sink.The faucet that is included is a nice brushed metal faucet. It actually looks nicer than our sink faucet! It is a good height and moves well to accommodate different containers.Overall, the iSpring is a great reverse osmosis filter. We have not had any leak problems and the water has had good pressure and taste since installation. Josh our customer service rep was also super helpful and courteous in assisting us with selecting the right filter, and provided aftercare instructions once we installed it. And while we didnt need help installing the filter, Im sure he would have been happy to assist if we did.In the video you can see the progression of the water: RED line to filter > BLACK line to drain > YELLOW line to reverse osmosis tank > YELLOW line back to filter > BLUE line to faucet

This is one of the best purchases Ive made for my house! My wife and I (and our pets) drink a lot of water throughout the day so we are thrilled knowing our water is now completely free of any contaminated.

Easy install ,no leaks. Everything installed in basement and ran to fridge water/ice and RO faucet at sink. Took TDS from 250 to 19. Had a 40/60 pressure on well pump so no need for booster pump. Ordered from 123filter so I could swap out faucet. Josh was super helpful.

I am not handy at all, and some of the reviews led me to believe it would be difficult to install. Not at all, it was cake. And the water tastes delicious.
