I can now save money and the environment by not having to buy bottled water for my cpap and humidifier machines! As someone who has never done any plumbing projects this was extremely simply to put together. It took about an hour to put together. Read the directions and then do it. As a teacher, when students ask why they have to follow directions I can now give them this example! I did have to call a neighbor girl to help install the faucet due to the way my sink it positioned I couldnt reach the screws. I am thankful for my clean water, not having to pay $10 for a gallon of distilled water (rural Alaskan bush village), and not polluting the world with more plastic. You wont be disappointed with this product.

We have had this unit for 6 months, we just did our first filter change. It was simple and the water as always is incredible! If you are looking for a high end product that wont break the bank, this is it. Josh has always taken great care of me in customer service. I highly recommend this product.

 I found this to be a great value, robust and easy to install water filter.Great value: I live on a Caribbean island and locally RO water filters cost over 1000 dollars.So I was happy to purchase this despite the extra import duties and transport costs etc that I would have to pay. The water tastes fantastic and the filter system is great quality (see below).Robust: The system feels very solid. It is definitely built to last.Easy to install: I was wondering if I would need a plumber to install the system, but when I watched the video and read the instructions, I realised I could do it myself. The whole thing took about 2 hours and I only needed a screwdriver and a small drill (for the waste-water line). Please note that I was lucky as my sink had a hole for a faucet so I didnt have to drill through the counter-top. The system comes with an easy to install faucet so you dont need to purchase one.Nice touches: Clear instructions. Lots of pictures. Youtube videos. Lots of spare parts included, including the tape you need to seal a few of the joints. Nice quality faucet. Great customer service.Some feedback: Instructions indicated that I should flush the system twice before using. I did this but still found some minor discoloration of the water. Apparently this is normal at the beginning and not harmful, and has to do with the RO filter. I think they should have mentioned this in the instructions so I wouldnt be doubting.Note to self: I bought the 7 stage filter and only realised afterwards that I dont have a plug near the sink to attach the UV light. So I took out the UV filter and now have a 6 stage filter system until I manage to install a power socket. This is easy to do and the system works perfectly.

Just bought this filter and got it installed by my contractor. It wasnt a tough installation but I have to say I love the taste of water. you can sense the difference and feel its pure. Even their faucet is amazing quality-brushed nicked which I wanted and very sturdy. The whole assembly is not too big either and hardly any noise of drain.Overall, I am very impressed with this filter.

 We installed this system about 3 weeks ago. The water tastes great. No funky odors or weird flavors. The install was not difficult either. My husband installed in a little over an hour. We did have a leaky valve tank connection at first. A very slight drip. Contacted the company and they sent out a replacement valve and it hasnt leaked since. I was concerned the system would take up too much space under our sink because its a pretty tight space, but it only takes up about a 1/3 of the space (mabye even less).

The water is even as close to gallon drinking water you can buy at the stores.
