 update # 1I did got a call from iSpring customer care and they were able to take care of the issue with the leak. I am happy to change the rating now as after a bit of struggle with the water system installation, finally water started flowing and I will monitor the water for another week, as I can feel water is not completely clear yet. May be after few days usage the air from water will go away and it will become clearer.--------Very inferior quality water system. After spending 4 hours installing this system, at the end when tested the water system, came to know there is a leak on the side intake of purple color filter inlet tube. see the attached video. I am not sure what kind of quality control does iSpring does before manufacturing and sending there products to customers. I should have picked another company with reliable quality control. Very much disappointed with iSpring RCC7AK water system.

I just got done installing our new system, it works great! It was much easier to install previous system. Of course I missed one of the steps in the directions, which made it take longer than it should have, ha,ha! We had some microbubbles in the water the first couple days, but that has cleared out as expected. The water taste great. And the facet looks good too!

The system fit easily underneath our sink. I took off one star because instillation was a little frustrating at times and we had to run to the store to buy a part to help with installation.

We have had this unit for 6 months, we just did our first filter change. It was simple and the water as always is incredible! If you are looking for a high end product that wont break the bank, this is it. Josh has always taken great care of me in customer service. I highly recommend this product.
