Product is nice, install was easy. However, one of the nipples connecting the two of the filter housings was broken. This was only realized after install, so I had to take everything apart and repair the broken fitting.

It was a relatively simple installation. I have well water with a mild hardness but also some iron content. Since the system has been installed I have better water pressure and clean, odor free water! I didnt want to have to resort to a softener and now I wont have to. I couldnt be more pleased.

I hired a plumber to install mine. He did it with ease. All parts and instructions were included. There are no leaks, and it works well. Great tasting water!!!
