Great product and excellent customer service. I contacted customer service because I had to change the faucet it comes with to another that matches our existing hardware and customer service was very helpful. The system was also easy to install. I was able to do it myself by following the instructions in the box and you tube video. Our water tested over 475 TDS (total dissolve solids) and now testing in the 20s. So the product works. Will recommend this to friends and family.

I bought this reverse osmosis filter almost four years ago and it is one of the best investments Ive ever made. I installed myself (with the help of the installment video) and its worked wonderfully! We moved homes and it works perfectly in our new home as well. The water where we live is pretty gross (the white filter comes out chocolate brown every 6 months) but the most important feature for me was the fluoride filter. Thank you so much iSpring for this amazing product!

the product is great. However, you have to buy additional washers and nut if your kitchen hold is bigger then 1/4 inch. The color code tubes make it easy to follow through.. you need to watch the installation video

Fantastic improvement over my last reverse osmosis unit of 10yrs. Easy to install if you watch the u-tube video & follow the easy instructions. Very clear instructions compared to my 1st unit ( different brand). Water quality is excellent !! Filters are reasonably priced.

My house is on well water so I purchased this unit to be sure my drinking water was always safe from contaminates. This was my first install of any water treatment system, frankly any system, so I was a little leery of my skills. But thanks to the YouTube video, all went smoothly. I have been using water from the system for 6 months now with no issues and the water tastes just fine.

I love this unit. The water tastes great again. The only drawback it the fact that you waste water, but that is how all RO works.

So far, so good. I have had it installed for 2 months. I have well water. Before installing this system, my water was 550 ppm. It is now 36 ppm! Awesome. Water is clean and clear. Easy enough to install if you are handy. I would suggest watching the Youtube video. I can not stress enough, PUSH THE TUBES IN TIGHT, its takes a lot of force. I feel I am overly cautious about stuff like this (usually over-tightening things if anything), and still I didnt have them pushed in deep enough. Overall, I am very happy with the product.

Edit to my initial review below. I switched to five stars since the customer support is dilligent, nice and provided prompt reply. They are considering a better approach to my issue and will improve the design. I wish all companies had a similar customer support and were open to suggestions. When they improve that connector, this filter will be affordable and simple to install. Everything was packed neatly and it was easy to identify all parts. I strongly recommend watching the video and the manual. The installation video is OK but showed one UV filter that was not included in my package. No idea if it was from another model or if it was really missing. But I couold manage that. The reason I cannot give 5 stars is that the plastic tube insert, the collar and the nut that connect the blue tubing to the drinking faucet are absolutely not a good system. The other connections are far better designed. This is a point to improve. At the very end the plastic collar got deformed (not tool to tighten the nut was used, only by hand) and it started to leak. To solve this leak took me way longer than the whole assembly of all other connectors, filters, etc and I had to discard the tube insert and create a makeshift washer with teflon tape. After that got solved, the water taste is delicious. Good product -speaking of the drinking water quality- but not to be installed by yourself if you are not of the handyman type...
