So far, this system is great. The water tastes great and I have not seen any leaks. I will monitor though based on some of the edited reviews I have seen. The installation was difficult. It was seriously a nightmare. Those tubes with those tiny blue connectors are hard to install and the connection valves included dont necessarily match the ones shown in the video (and we would have died without that video). BUT once we finally got it installed, I have to admit the water quality is great. I definitely recommend having some help to install this system. After testing, I disconnected the blue line to the included faucet because I cannot use it in my current kitchen setup. I bought the additional ice maker kit myself and the system goes directly to my refrigerator which is exactly what I wanted.

After carefully reading the instructions, and watching a recommended YouTube instructional video, I was able to install the system under my sink in about 1 hour. I did not have any problems with the install, and the system is still working as expected, with no leaks.

Arrived on time and all the parts were there. The youtube video help make the installation easier. The quality of the water is very good. All in all we are very happy and would buy it again. I have recommended this RO filtering system to family and friends.

Received the package earlier than stated. Everything was packaged well and all of the parts were inside. I highly recommend to watch the video as the manual can be confusing and intimidating at first. Give time for the water to fill up in the tank, and make sure to empty it out and then refill it again before consuming the water. (The tank CAN be placed on its side.) Both smell and taste of the regular faucet water is now gone, and I feel a lot safer having my family drink it. Thank you iSpring!

I wanted to wait until our first filter change before writing the review. This system has been great. Our water was changed to another supplier by our city and has been extremely hard and often had a metallic taste to it. Ever since using this system, the quality of our drinking water has been amazing! The instructions were easy to use and understand (thanks to the color coding of everything) and the reps were always close by if we ever ran into difficulty. They included warranty and replacement filter information, so its easy to remember when to do what, as long as you write when you installed it down. ;-) Replacing the filters was a breeze. This system is better than anything you can get at Lowes or Home Depot, so if youre looking to buy, please consider this iSpring RO system!

So far so good! Installation was very easy because of the youtube video and the color tubing. I installed another type of reverse osmosis system several years ago and the iSpring, by far, was much easier to install. The TDS reader showed water improvement within hours after running tap water through the system. I would definitely recommend the iSpring to others.

This is such a great system. So easy to install. Extremely detailed install instructions and complete kit out of the box. Customer service is great also. Water quality is phenomenal. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great RO.

What a great RO system! Easy to install. (both clear directions and videos). Replaced a 20+ year old RO system. Great water pressure. Communication with customer service has been outstanding. I will up date if necessary, but for now I highly recommend this system and this company.
