Unit was super easy to set up. I had an issue with one of my membranes not working, it was taken care of no questions asked. Ive been running the unit every day for the last few months. TDS is still around 15-21. I didnt really like how everything was all stacked so I mounted filters to the wall and made it a little more serviceable. I was contacted a few months after purchase to see how things were going. I mentioned my PH was low already, and the PH filter was replaced, no questions. I wasnt expecting that! Sure is refreshing when there are other companies out there that care about their customers. Im happy I bought from these folks!

Have had this product for 3 years now. It provides my family with great tasting water, free of contaminants. Customer service is excellent. They continually improve the technology of their products allowing those who already have older models a continual stream of modern solutions.

I have been using iSpring RCC7AK filter since Jan 2014. It is easy to install and also easy to replace the filters. I recently noticed a small leak from one of the components after using it for almost 2 years. I contacted iSpring and a nice lady named Helen immediately reached out to me and sent me a replacement part by priority mail. This is a top notch product backed by a great customer service from iSpring. Definitely recommend it.

I purchased iSpring RCC7AK and installed by my self almost 3 months ago. I check water before filter is 150+ ppm, and after filter is 16 ppm. Im ok with that system when I compare with bottle water Arrowhead (45ppm). Before I bought the system, I read some customer review commend about water leak and I worry about that. I think the reason water leak cause when I turn on/off the water, I see the water lines(blue,red and yellow) shaking, and using after a few months they make the quick connector seals worn out and start leak. Therefore, I use zip-tight to secure the water lines and make them are stable. I hope that the way can help some customers have water leak trouble.
