I really like this system, every bit of it appears to be very high quality. That being said I am not fully convinced that this system is built in the USA as described. There are some typos in the instructions that lead me to believe this is an imported item.Also you need to know that the RO filter should not be install until after you have run your first tank of water. The carbon dust from the pre filters can gum up the RO membrane. If you dont read through the entire instructions, this is easy to miss.I installed the system in my basement and ran lines up to the sink. Everything works well and there is a very noticeable improvement in water quality.

Great product. We tested our water and it was at PH 8.5 and the taste was very muddy. after installing the iSpring filter, the PH is down to 7.5 and the water has a mineral taste. Exactly what we expected.

This system was given to us by my parents. Extremely thankful they did so. Is an excellent filtration system. For a non-plumber it was easy to install. Simple instructions to read and plenty of pictures to give examples. Is a bit bulky under the sink but is worth the added space. My family drank a lot of bottled water now when we got the filtration system they drink more and makes our water based drinks taste better. Its is a relief to know what my family is drinking, especially with what has been in the news lately. highly recommend this system.

After a long research, I specifically chose this system because its made and sold by the comapny located here, in US. Installation was very straight forward (thanks to detailed instructions and the video). Extra spare parts that were included was a very nice touch. Good quality, good fitment, no leaks or other surprises. I expected a faucet to be subpar, but was pleasantly surprised--its very modern, with good fit and finish.The biggest pleasant surprise was customer service. I just completed my install when I was contacted by Helen from iSpring. She just wanted to know how install went and whether i was happy with my system. I shared that pH was a little low and Hellen promised to send me a different filter to address this. In half an hour i received a shipping confirmation telling me that the filter was on the way. I received several follow ups from the company after this as well.What can I say--I am impressed both with the system and the company that really cares and stands behind its product. Water tastes good, no leaks after 4 months. Highly recommended!

Cant believe how simple it is to get great tasting water!!! We have been using a distiller for years and now can have water come out of a faucet at the sink. Water tastes great! Cant wait to see the benefits from the alkaline water! All in all a great investment for a reasonable price. Thank you Ispring!
