Prompt shipping. Took me around 90 minutes to install the unit including making hole in the granite counter top. Followed the installation process from the included booklet and youtube video. No issues. Water tastes lot better than purified packaged water.

This is an excellent system and easy to install. Watch the you tube video and the installation and cartridge replacements are a snap. iSpring is a good company to deal with and customer service very helpful.
