I changed my rating after realizing the system leaked due to our plumbers error in not tightening the valves. Weve had it a month and so far we are enjoying drinking pure water without a problem

I installed this unit since Dec 16. The water quality(taste) very good better than the water filter system in the pitcher. Ill give 5 stars to the water quality.On the other hand I know that RO system waste quite a lot of water. I felt that my system waste quite a lot of water.Customer service is good, I have problems about the shut off valve, they send me a replacement part. But the part is broken. I have to swap the inside of the shut off valve in order to make it work.

I like this water system, even though it leaked the first day we had it, however that could be our plumbers error of not tightening things tight enough. After that no problem - water tastes clean and no other issues.Yes I would recommend this product.

Our tap water tastes gross and after a year, we finally caved and bought this RO system, mostly because it had built-in remineralization.Installation was easy. The quick connects are awesome, and the included leak detector was a nice bonus. I did have a leak after 3 days from the water tank, but the leak detector alerted me immediately, and tightening the screws another 2 turns fixed it.Particle count in the tap water: 300Particle count in the RO: 30pH in the tap water: 7pH in the RO: 5.5I contacted the customer service regarding the lower pH, and they immediately sent me another remineralization filter. I havent yet installed it, but Im impressed with the alacrity, friendliness, and responsiveness of the customer service.

System works very well, easy to install. Permeate pump is a little noisy but we can live with it. The only thing I need to do is hook it up to my ice maker.

I love this this RO system! My last system failed and was leaking water everywhere, so I decided to upgrade, and I couldnt be happier. Install was reasonably easy, the faucet is stylish, and the water tastes great. I would definitely recommend this system to anyone looking for one!

Awesome.! Let it run a good hr to get the air bubbles out ( white water is from air in system. No problem just keep flushing it). Easy to install if ur somewhat handy. Good youTube video s to follow
