I cant believe it took me so long to purchase this system and you have to splurge on the 6 stage its such a great value and produces much better water. I live in an area with extremely hard water and now I get better water than the most expensive 9.5 ph water at the store. I highly recommend it especially if you live in south Texas!!

Weve had the 6 stage ISpring RO water filtration system in our house over a year and it has been great for us. It delivers water in the 35 TDS or lower in our house and we dont run out of clean, and good tasting water for us four throughout the day. The tap water is usually 235 TDS in our city so we are pretty happy with RO system. The customer service has been great too. Ive called and emailed them several times and they were always very helpful, knowledgable, and friendly.

Excellent product! Installation was straight forward and the installation video is very helpful. The best part is the superb costumer service. Theyve been very responsive. We had to contact them about a leaking faucet and they promptly sent a replacement.

I am used to RO water while I was in India, and this year when I had to relocate to US, I wasnt ready to drink tap water, specially after Flint water fiasco. This RO filter sounded just like what I needed. When the product arrived, I was disappointed when I noticed broken inlet adapter. Fortunately the included extra fittings do include the 90 degree bent adapter, and I thought it will be an easy job. The problem is in order to remove/replace it, you need to remove 12 screws detach the metal part and the 3 large filter heads. I did that, and underestimated the Teflon tape required while replacing the broken one. I followed @Studio Dwellers review and rearranged RO Membrane->Mineral->Storage Tank->Carbon->Faucet.Later in the night I saw a dampened under-sink, and it was a very small leak from the broken replaced adapter. Once the filters are full of water its very hard to open them. You have to close the storage tank, input valve, and carefully disconnect the inlet tube from the tap line. There will be a mess under your sink, and if you can trap the water you will be good. Then you can open it up. So another round of 12 screws, some more Teflon tape, its all good. Its been close to 2 months, and not a drop of leak since then. The water taste is top notch, the look of the faucet matches rest of my brushed stainless steel tap.I also reported this to the manufacturer, and they were very responsive, they offered to send me some more additional adapters, which reached me in few days.
