Ive had this system for around two years now and it always provides great tasting water without any problems. Remember to mark your calendar or set a reminder on your phone to change the filters or else youll forget like I usually do for a few months.

I have had this product over six months now and I cant stop raving about it. Our water before we installed the system was very hard mineral water from a Well. Essentially it was not drinkable. Once we installed the system we immediately started drinking the water (also connected system to our ice maker) and never used bottled water again. Simply put, the water is crystal clear , and tastes wonderful. I highly recommend this product...

Ive had this system for several years and love the taste of the water! It takes out all of the things my doctor recommended I should remove. My daughter has the same system and also loves it. After a visit to my cousin, carrying my water with me in bottles, she also purchased the system. When I meet someone for coffee, I make my coffee at home with the good water and take it with me and only purchase a snack at the coffee shop. I never order a beverage in a restaurant because I have my water bottle with me. It is a sad day when I fly and have to purchase bottled water at the airport. Its just not the same. I tell everyone about this system regularly. I like the water so much that I packed a dozen large bottles for a road trip last Fall. The system is affordable and fits under the kitchen sink. We made a hole in the wall with a 15 ft. tube out to a large plastic tub to save the overflow water for the garden. Even my plants thrive on the overflow water!

Product: A--100% of parts included were sufficient for installation + my own tools-Faucet is a little wobbly, tightened nice to the sink, but the stem is somewhat wobbly-Pressure is decent, expected as this doesnt come with the pump-Plastic tubing and fitting are okay, but feel cheap, so far no leaks (3 days)-It takes up a lot of space under the sync, but expected in order to have the 5 gallon tank reserveTips:-**Disconnect the RO membrane prior to first use to allow carbon to flush through the system**-Took me about 1.5 hours start to finish-Faucet tightens to the sink nicely (used a 3/8" drill bit and widened the hole slightly for a more snug fit than a 1/2" bit)-Color tubing is critical and really usefulInstructions: B-It says to disconnect RO membrane, but not why, it says it will reference it later in the instructions, dont miss this step or else you will prematurely "wear" your RO membrane-The tubing hookup diagram is hard to see which part they are connecting, but if you follow the tube and filter flows intuitively you can figure it outCustomer Service: A-The customer service email was responsive and very supportive.-They are in the process of taking a lot of the customer feedback and updating their user manual. They sent me a copy and it has clearer instructions and updated pictures that will make any installation a lot easier.

Tired of buying and lugging bottled water, so I finally put this RO system in. Faucet looks nice, water system is more than adequate for family of 3 and the ice maker. Tastes great!
