Product directions were good and product installed with relative ease. Be sure to follow the directions and drain the tank twice before using or connecting to your ice maker. The sink fixture fits perfectly with our existing kitchen. The water pressure is good and the taste is great. The staff at iSpring were also helpful in suggesting tweaks that helped getting our refrigerators finicky ice maker to work with with the connection to the RO system. Overall very satisfied.

Purified my tap water from 200 plus TDS into 20PPM! Alkalized the water too. Just need to learn on usage. It says 75GPD. Just fill up my keurig and its already trickled... ?

Amazing product, ben using it for more than a year now... if you have bad water... this is the best filter to have... Even in the country, you have a water pump, if you loss electricity, you have a tank full off filtered water....

Just installed a water softener and was a little concern about the salt in the water. Though we buy bottled water for drinking, the ice maker will be an issue and also we have to buy more water for the cooking. The solution buy an RO system. we find this system to meet all our needs with easy install for a diy.

Once you start drinking this filtered water youll never settle for "regular" water again. It takes up a lot of space under the kitchen sink but is worth the sacrifice of storage space. The installation was rough for the inexperienced "work crew" so if you are not experienced with tools and home repairs its probably worth having somebody else install it for you. Our pre-filter got super funky (not like James Brown funky, but dark rust colored) after only 2 months due to the poor quality of water in Houston, so well need to change our filters more often than the typical household. Were happy with the water but wish it was a simpler design that took up less space. Either way, wed do it again, just with a professional installer.

We purchased the iSpring last week after learning that our local municipal water supply is tainted by a chemical released by an upstream chemical manufacturer. The iSpring arrived quickly and was well-packaged. The instructions are clear, and there are YouTube videos if you prefer to see a demonstration of the install steps. I installed the product myself. (Im a reasonably handy woman in my late 30s.) The only intimidating part of the process was drilling the hole for the faucet in my granite countertop. It took a few hours to get it all done, and now we couldnt be happier. The water flows more quickly than I thought it might, too, which is a great bonus.
