Drinking water in our household was primarily obtained from the dispenser on our Samsung refrigerator, equipped on the inside with a filter (no longer available on Amazon and I wish I could say I was surprised!). We found ourselves gradually drinking less water and out of curiosity I purchased a TDS meter on Amazon (this one: Water Quality Tester, MagicPro 2016 Newest Released Premium TDS-2 Handheld TDS Quality Water Tester Meter 0 - 9990 ppm TDS Measurement. My tap water measured 440ppm and my refrigerator filtered water measured 480ppm!I dont consider myself an expert handyman but do consider myself above average. I study the steps, read the manual, review several youtube how-to videos, etc. and try to do all of this BEFORE ordering a product. I did the same with this project and am glad I did because it felt very easy to accomplish the install.Item arrived neatly packaged in the box. And these folks have thought of everything, very impressed.I was most nervous about splitting the water line between my kitchen faucet and the filtration system, and about drilling a hole for the RO faucet on my sink. Both efforts felt super easy, and I was quite proud of myself at the end of it. Tasty water at the end of it made it all worth it.Some random observations:- After nearly 6 weeks of ownership, my readings are steadily at ~35ppm.- My water kettle has not needed descaling since switching to this water, nor has my stainless steel water pitcher.- The drinking water intake in our household has nearly tripled!- We havent needed to wait on the tank to fill which was something I feared.- I remain concerned about the "2/3 wastage for every 1/3 filtered water" factor, and havent had my next water bill yet to see how much this affects our quarterly bill payment. Will update this review once I do.- I used to use store-bought mineral water exclusively to prevent scaling in my espresso machine but dont do that anymore since switching to this water.- The stage 1 filter turned from white to brown within the first week but it hasnt affected the readings from the TDS meter.Contacted support with a couple of questions and received prompt responses. I am now contemplating purchasing the refrigerator accessory pack to pull a line to the rear of the refrigerator.

So I was a bit sceptical of this purchase. Let me tell you: "The water taste is good." Is an understatement as what I started with is tap water at 250 ppm. You just seem to want to drink water through out the day. The water coming from the filter is at 17ppm. I have no problem with the system so far and it has been installed for 2 months, meets mine and wifes daily water requirements and we use it for cooking as well. There was a couple of things that might have been dinged from shipping. However let me tell you that iSring was very easy to get hold of, they answered right away and before I knew it the replacement parts arrived. Simply great customer support. I will be defiantly ordering again.Shipping: 9/10 (not iSpring fault)Instructions: 10/10 (colour coded and easy)Installations: 9/10 (took about 1.5 hours)Quality :10/10 (does not feel or look cheap)Water: 8/10 ( just as good as most bottled)Taste: 8/10 ( similar to other ro water kinda like Dasani)I will be ordering more systems for rest of my family for sure.

Excellent system and very easy to install. Even comes with extra fittings and some spare parts. Alkaline remineralization filter is a great addition.

i used to using zero water and the filter was killing me, $15 per cartridge, and need to replace every month, so $15x12month = $180 per years. and hassle. bought it when on sale less than $200 with alkaline remineralize filter (eventhough iddint feel the different). 1 year warranty. it was easy to install , i had install RO system before so it is not that hard its between 30 minute to 90 minutes.i dint make a hole to drain saddle.The TDS meter was 030 after installed now TDS is 007 and stiil keep goin down. better than poland spring 015 (did i mention i live in newyork)RO system, there is waste water out from the system. for 1 gallon filter and it will waste 1 gallon out.

The filter was easy to set up and pressure is good. I like that there are replacement filters with prime shipping available!

Love this water filtration system. So glad we decided to have this unit installed in our home. The water in our area contains several identified toxic substances, of which the municipal system does not adequately filter out. This reverse osmosis sytem is assisting us in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Thank you Amazon and 123filters.com for bringing this system to us at a reasonable price for the unit and replacement filters. Customer service at 123filters is excellent. They respond promptly.

Very happy with this under-sink RO system. Water tastes great just like bottled water!Customer support was good and very helpful when we did not see any difference between regular tap water and filtered water. With just two questions, they immediately pointed to the filter, which our plumber has missed during install.

We purchased iSpring RCC7AK 6-Stage Under-Sink Reverse Osmosis Water System a month ago. We are very satisfied. The water tastes great. The installation was pretty easy. This saves going to the store to buy water. It is really worth buying. I would highly reccomend it.
