The unit arrived a day earlier then promised. All of the components were individually boxed and nested well in the shipping carton. I was impressed with the quality of the components and the assembly of the filter housings. For once I did read the instructions before beginning and found them clear and thorough. The installation time took about two hours and could have been shorter if I was able crawl under the sink faster. The longest step was drilling the hole in the counter top for the faucet. All connections went easily and not a single leak upon start-up.We have had the unit in operation for about three weeks now and are totally satisfied with the results. I highly recommend iSpring products.Wayne Heyer

We are extremely happy with our iSpring RO system. My husband installed the system in about one hour and it works beautifully. The color coding of the tubing and the diagrams were both very helpful for the installation. We are quite happy with the quality of the water and the sustem overall. Well done iSpring!

We love this RO system! My husband installed it (hes a handy man and was able to do it otherwise I recommend others to hire a plumber to avoid any leaks etc). We followed the instructions exactly and once we were able to drink the water it tasted great! Now weve had it for several weeks and its still refreshing water! Much needed here in Arizona! The filters are doing wonders. A++

We recently added a new kitchen and instead of moving the ispring filter we had, I decided to get a second. That alone shows my satisfaction with the system. The sink we installed has no cabinet to hide the tank and filters, so I built a box under the floor to house the whole thing. Upon installation I realized the water lines provided were too short. A quick 3 min. call to Josh in customer service and there was 20 of new water line on its way. Very happy with my decision to go with ispring.

Fantastic RO system, and at a great price. Was very easy to install, everything was color coded. All of the connectors I needed were included. Since I was replacing an existing system, it was a snap to reconnect, with no leaks the first time. The only drips I saw were on the tank valve, and tightening that down solved the drip. The assembly instructions were very clear, and easy to follow. Once I ran through the start up procedure, the system was producing delicious water, and clearer ice cubes that we had before. I like the re-mineral feature. I feel it does make the water taste better. The people at iSpring were great to talk to, and followed up to make sure I received my system, and was able to install it without any issues. I would definitely recommend an iSpring unit. Good company, and a good product. Im very happy, so far.

I unpacked the unit and spread all the pieces out on the kitchen floor. I started getting hypertensive. I opened the instruction manual and when into full cardiac arrest. Luckily my cat knows CPR (dont ask). There is so many parts to this thing! Some of them are so small you need an electron microscope to identify most of them! Ok, so I exaggerate a little. Most people do, so dont get all high and mighty with me --- sorry, I digress. what was the question? Oh ya,,,,I read somewhere here that installing this was so easy a 6-year-old could do it. So, I went around the neighborhood asking anyone to rent me their 6-year-old for a couple of hours, but to no avail. After getting released from jail, I searched Youtube for RCC7, and Voilà! Using the video, install was a snap! All I had to do was follow the video and I had this installed and working in about 25 minutes. Amazing. Dont even get me started on how great the water is - and so good for you! After drinking only 2 glasses, my hair grew back, I hit the mega-millions lottery, certain parts of my anatomy grew 5 inches, dont need glasses anymore, and raised my IQ to 650. I dont know why youre continuing to read this review, you should be buying this thing now!

I could not believe the difference in the taste of my water. I used to use the water from the fridge that had a carbon filter and even then the water had a funny taste to it. I bought a water quality tester and tested my tap water. It was at 277 ppm. After I had the iSpring 6 stage water filtration system installed it now tests at 17 ppm. The improvement in taste was unbelievable. I have had several people try the water and they were shocked at the difference. I had a glass of tap water and a glass of filtered water and asked them to try each one. They both said that the filtered water was hands down a lot better than the tap water. One of them ended up buying a iSpring RCC7AK 6-stage filtration and the other one bought the 7 stage system. I now drink about 3 times as much water as I used to and feel a lot better.
