It was a simple setup Im 25 no plumber and it was easy as following a puzzle. Best water i had i used to get 175ppm now its like 17ppm water tastes great and fresh. I dont get that burning feeling on my throat i used to on our old 1 stage gac filter.

Love our new water system, the water tastes great! Installed under the kitchen sink and now use for cooking and drinking water. Pretty straightforward to install but be aware it does take up quite a bit of space under your cabinet..

The install itself is straight forward and very well documented with both written instructions as well as YouTube videos. Id highly suggest watching the YouTube video before beginning the install as the video will fill in some "gaps" in the written instructions that are harder to put into words and photos. The total amount of time it will take you to install will ultimately depend on your specific installation but if you have basic household plumbing experience, a lot of room under your sink, and no need to drill a faucet hole, I could see you having this installed in less than 30 minutes. If you have less room available under your sink, need to drill a faucet hole, have no plumbing experience, or have a more complicated installation requirement, it will take you a little longer. Installation doesnt require any ridiculous "single use" plumbing tools that you may only use for this and never need again; the only special tool that may be required is a 1/2" drill bit designed to get through whatever kind of sink/countertop material you have in your kitchen. All other required tools are basic household tools you should already have: Phillips screwdriver; an imperial wrench set or adjustable wrench; pliers; handheld drill; and a basic 1/4" drill bit.The components seem well made and its really nice that they provide extra parts so even if you completely screw up somehow and damage an O-ring or misplace some of the locking clips, youll still be able to complete the install.The final product tastes great and I would definitely recommend this system to anyone!

The unit was well packed and arrived with no problems. Installation went smoothly with good directions. I accidentally broke one of the fittings on the RO filter housing during installation but no problem because there was a spare included. In fact there were a lot of spare parts included. Water is clean and very good tasting.

Were loving our iSpring RO filter system! The included instructions made installation a breeze! The water tastes so good and is so clear. Were happy knowing our drinking water and ice are pure and lead free! No more worries! The dispenser looks great on our granite countertop! We have had no issues with leaks but the included leak detecting alarm gives us peace of mind. I did purchase the iSpring icemaker connection kit and 70 psi water pressure regulator that are sold separately. I drilled the hole in my granite countertop with a $20 1/2 inch diamond stone bit from Home Depot and kept the bit cool with a plumbers putty rim swimming pool around the hole filled with water. Worked perfectly. There are videos showing how to do this.

This unit was fairly simply to install, if you follow the directions. The water coming out tastes great and the hardware looks nice installed. The faucet has held up nicely to constant use from my kids and wife. Im very happy with the purchase. If bought in bulk, the refills are also very affordable. I was considering a pressurized unit, but even with my large family and ten kids constantly wanting water, it keeps up to us. We havent had a single time, even on a 110 degree day with the kids playing outside, where we have run out of water in the holding tank before it had a chance to refill.
