This product was a breeze to install. The instructions were clear and concise. The water tastes great and I am very happy!Only thing that is a little annoying is that there is always a drop of water that looks like it is about to come out of the faucet. My mom has the same product and its on hers too. So strange.

This unit installed easily and securely under our sink in our apartment. I was concerned about space with the garbage disposal but all went well. We have been enjoying great water ever since. Thanks iSpring for a great product and experience.

This product was very easy to install. As a novice, it took me about two hours. I would imagine that it would take someone with more experience and skill significantly less time to install. I did have a professional come to drill a hole in my granite countertops (I didnt want to risk a DIY on that one!), which was fairly inexpensive.I like that the filter replacements are relatively inexpensive as compared to other brands and they are pretty easy to change. The faucet that comes with this system is very, very high quality. It is installed next to a $500+ European kitchen faucet and it matches perfectly. You would never know that the little RO faucet came with a system this inexpensive! The storage tank capacity seems to be exactly the correct size. Its not so big was to take up all of the under-counter space; however, it is large enough to accommodate a busy kitchen such as mine. I cook most every meal from scratch at home and I use the RO water for everything: drinking water and cooking water. The remineralization filter is something the I love. Even though Im fairly certain that we get enough minerals from food sources, it puts me at ease to know that our water is safe and as close to natural spring water as we can get!Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. I would recommend this system to anyone! If you have very dirty water or highly treated with chemicals by your municipality, I would definitely put in a whole home filtration system to precede this system. We have one for other reasons (chlorine sensitive - we have to remove it) and it has made our RO filters last longer.

Very clear instructions with large, color pictures. A rarity, in this day. Water tastes great. Also installed fridge line and it has no problem with water pressure. Toughest part was cleaning out under the sink, to make room.

After extensive searching and reviewing of several brands and models we settled on the ISpring RCC7AK 6 Stage Model One of the deciding factors was the pre-sale live support available from the manufacturer. We called the company directly with a few questions and got a real person who supplied knowledgable answers (and no going through a lengthy call menu). Then we were quite amazed at the quality of just how well the unit was packed and boxed. I doubt if they ever get any shipping damage claims. Next the instructions were very clear with ample documentation. And last but not least, the taste of the water is great. We love the remineralization, alkaline feature. The city water we get is almost undrinkable for our palette, and we were buying most of our drinking water. Five Stars for this unit and company.

Pros: Very easy to install after watching the Youtube video. Water tastes amazing and faucet looks great.Cons: Takes up a significant amount of room under the sink, but you should be expecting this with a 6 stage filter and 3 gallon tank.

Since it was my first time setting up an under sink water filter, I had some initial frustration because I didnt follow some steps. Dumb me thought that the water flow would be faster bypassing the tank. It has to fill the tank before you get good water pressure. I followed the youtube channel carefully and redid my setup from scratch (make sure you follow every step). It was super easy to follow and I flushed the tank a good 5 times before we started using it. My friend recommended this kit to me after we moved into our new place. I had some leaks which were simple mistakes on my part of not sealing it properly. I broke one of the L adapters by accident and since it came with spare parts, I simply put some plummer tape which came with the kit and sealed it nicely. Ive been monitoring for leaks for a week and not a single problem. Now we are enjoying clean water. I also ordered the fridge connector and going to set that up as well so we have clean water going to the fridge for ice. The filter kit cost honestly is a good value. Most of these business that have you setup their filter system usually cost $20 a month and are really against anyone doing any DYI job (why would that not be a surprise?). Their filter kit is about $60-70 that will last for a year since it comes with 2 pieces of each filter. Compare that to $20/month for a whole year which is around $240; good value! Honestly the only hardest part was drilling a easy small hole in the drain pipe and sealing it properly. The taste of the water is really great; just like bottled water. I have zero complaints and highly recommend it. I see that many people are really enjoying this system. All it takes is just getting a little dirty and sweaty with maybe some tools and help. I attached some pictures of the setup I did by myself. Took about a good 3-4 hours maybe I dont remember. I left a small bin by the cold water hookup just to see if any leaks come from there over the next 2-3 weeks but so far all good. Its behind the tank. I also didnt cut any of the colored hoses. This weekend I will install the fridge kit hooking it up by the blue connection where the clean water goes to. We are not really heavy on water usage (me and my wife) and this tank is more than we will ever need in a day anyway. It refills quickly anyway.

This ia a great product. It was easy to assemble and install. All parts were in the shipped box and packaged neatly with easy to install instructions. We had one piece of hardware that was not manufactured properly, but customer service replaced it quickly without a problem. This was a very pleaseant experence. I would recommend this product.
