BOUGHT THIS UNIT TO UPGRADE OUR NEARLY 20 YEAR OLD RO SYSTEM. MAIN DIFFERENCE IS THIS UNIT HAS A 6TH FILTER TO PUT THE MINERALS BACK INTO THE WATER TO IMPROVE TASTE. AFTER USING THIS UNIT FOR SEVERAL MONTHS NOW WE ARE HAPPY TO REPORT THAT THE WATER TASTES WONDERFUL. ALSO THINK THE FACTORY ORDERING OF FILTERS WILL BE MUCH EASIER TO KEEP TRACK OF WHEN TO REPLACE FILTERS. A VERY GOOD UNIT!

I am a water purifier installer. I did not smell anything, the water was a bit sweet and overall the taste was good. I measured the water pH and I found it shows the water became alkaline as shown in the figure. TDS dropped from 140 to 25, which was about 10 times higher than RCC7. I think the Mineral filter might influence. I would recommend RCC7AK to those who want a water purifier.

After doing quite allot of research I decided to purchase the iSpring 6 Stage water filter. I have had it installed for about a year now and I am completely satisfied with it, it is a great product and it has worked flawlessly! I live on an acreage and get my water from a well. The well water tastes fine however you never know what sort of organic or inorganic chemical contaminants could be in the water at any time. Having the filter gives me the peace of mind that I am always drinking high quality, clean filtered water. I also ran a line to my fridge so that the water and ice maker have the good filtered water. Using the iSpring provides much better filtering than the fridges own filter which is very basic.Installation was quite easy, I did check out a few of the videos on YouTube which were helpful. The one thing I was a little nervous about was I mounted the faucet through my granite countertop and I wasnt too sure about drilling the hole for it. Well, it was actually much easier than I anticipated. I picked up a Milwaukee 1/2" "Diamond Plus" hole saw bit which is rated for granite, and again, after watching a few YouTube videos, drilled the hole with absolutely no issues, piece of cake!As mentioned already, great product and I have no hesitation recommending it.

Im very satisfied with this unit and with the quality of water. I measured the water after the filter and I like the results.I like the color coded poly; easy to follow instructions; excellent looking faucet.This is truly a complete package; no other parts needed. Thank you
