We love this RO system. Install was easy and straightforward and the water is the best we have ever tasted. I called the company about a different colored faucet and the service was excellent. What a refreshing difference to get somebody that actually can and wants to help you. We would recommend this system to anybody interested in gettting good clean safe and great tasting water.

Easy to install..This system was recommended to me by a friend and after installing it and having it running for about three months I couldnt be happier with it. The water is hands down the best Ive ever tasted from any source and its completely eliminated the need to buy bottled water and it will pay for itself in about a year.

Installation was a breeze, about an hour and a half to install after watching the youtube video. Parts all feel very strong and durable and they even include a bag of spare parts that you might need (O-rings, valves, connectors).The water tastes great with the alkaline mineralizer, better that the bottle spring water we were buying.Definitely recommend.

My husband read about many water filter systems. He chose this one because he wanted to install it in the basement directly to the water line running to our refrigerator. Now we have filtered water to the ice maker and drinking water. We use the filtered water to make coffee and tea. It does a great job. No mineral deposits in our electric glass tea kettle and fresh clean tasting water.

Great system. Very pleased with it. Added an Permeate Pump to the system with a UV light (made it 7 stage). Unit shipped promptly with everything you needed to complete the installation. This system is replacing a Watts Premier system that I had issues with. Would highly recommend this unit and the vendor/manufacturer. Have been completely satisfied with other iSpring purchases.

system has pretty good quality materials. Make sure you push the 1/4" lines into the quick connectors all the way in otherwise leaks will occur. I am overall satisfied with this ro system and would recommend it to friends. Once installed your water will be cloudy and taste a little like plastic but this is normal due to accumulation of traped air in the system and will be gone within a few weeks. I bought a tds meter to test quality of water compared to our tap water. Tap water came in at 140 and ro water is 19. Good stuff get it in ya!

I personally installed my filter and plumbed it to my fridge and the faucet included. The product is well built and comes with everything you need to plumb to the faucet. It even comes with extra parts, which bumped up the rating from 4 to 5 stars in my book. Im an aquarist and have hydroponics, so I have an accurate TDS meter. The system brought my tap water from around 250-300 ppm to 15-20 ppm. Very acceptable for the cost and quality.

The ispring ro system works well with our well water (that is first put through a iron breaker and a softener). When we first got the ro system, there was not enough pressure to push the water through. We contacted the company and they were friendly and prompt and sent out a booster pump (which had an additional cost). I installed the booster bump into the system and it has worked well since. For myself and my 2 kids, the taste of the water is great, but my dh finds the taste too minerally. So we put the ro water through a Brita for him to drink.
