RO water taste great. I am getting 14 ppm with the alkaline filter. My latte taste amazing when using RO water and my machine doesnt get bogged down with minineral deposits.After 6 month I order replacement filter however CTO filter was defective and clogged membrane. I contact consumer support and they when promptly sent me replacements filters. They have great consumer service and stand by their product.
