Happy with the product so far (1 month). I upgraded to this model, because a cheap one (from a different company) from Menards didnt remove all of the taste from the water softener, this one does. I installed mine in the basement.

The water quality which comes from this reverse osmosis is better than any other we have encountered. The clear refreshing taste is quite incredible, it makes keeping hydrated much easier. I would never choose any other water filtration system because the 3 filter reverse osmosis is uncomparable to any other.

 I bought this unit few weeks ago and I just finished install it today. It took me around 30 minutes to drill the granite countertop and another 45 minutes to install the filter. The instruction book come with the unit is wonderful, it so simple and easy to install. I bought a few RO-DI unit before for my reef tank but nothing like this instruction. After flush out all carbon from the filter cartridge and first batch of water on the holding tank as recommend on the instruction, after that water taste just like water bottle store. The TDS reading is better than advertise, my TDS before filter is 360 but after filter I got 27 which is better than 90%. I would recommend everyone to buy this filter. By the way, I really appreciate Nick (sale rep/support) to help me purchase this filter. I wish I know this filter before. Thanks iSpring for a great product and keep up the good work.

Delicious water! I installed this myself and it was very easy. The hard part was drilling the hole through my countertop; it took a while and I had to make my own washer to go underneath because of the thickness of the surface (I installed through the counter, sink and the metal plate of my other faucet so the total thickness the RO faucet had to go through was 1 7/8", which was too much to allow the plastic hand-tighten-able part of the nut that goes under the counter to hold the faucet). I just popped the nut out of the plastic washer and used a steel piece of an old, broken pour-over kettle as a washer :).There was an offer included in the box for a free years supply of filters in exchange for sending a video of the installed system. Nick from iSpring was very responsive and promptly shipped thus to me.

This filter system is incredible! The water tastes great and flows very quickly. I used to go to a local spring to get water but this system has replaced that in the comfort of my own home. I have to thank James for this great system!

After much research on various home RO systems, we decided to go with the iSpring based on the 6 stages of filtration, dimensions (we have a small under-sink space), and other customer reviews. Unit was easy to install and has not had any leaking or other issues in the few weeks that we have been using it. I was concerned at first that the carbon filtration stage was not working properly, because after filling/flushing the tank twice before use, the first 2 liters of water came out with gray particulates, and if the water was sitting in the final filtration unit for several hours then it would also come out with a distinct plastic-like taste. However, after a week the water poured out clear and the plasticy taste is gone. I didnt recall reading about this in the instructions or other peoples reviews, but it seems to be an artifact of using the filters for the first several gallons. The tank and filters all fit under our sink perfectly, and with 2 adults in the house this tank has yet to go empty. Customer service has also been great; after registering the product, Josh from iSprings reached out to make sure we were satisfied with the RO system. I would definitely recommend for a nicely-priced, efficient, and quality unit.
